Who can use this service?
This service is primarily addressed to all the NTUA community, but also to outside users who need help regarding anything related to the library and its services.
What Kind of questions can I ask?
The questions should be brief and specific and should be relevant to the library services and resources (databases, e-journals, etc).
How many questions can I ask?
The number of questions is limited to two (2) questions per person per day.
When do I receive an answer?
Answers will be given within one (1) or two (2) working days.
